Citizens from countries identified in the tables below are eligible to apply for a NZDS-Public scholarship.

Eligible countries in the Southeast Asia region
In the Southeast Asia region, scholarships are offered for postgraduate level study, except Timor Leste where scholarships are also offered for undergraduate level study.

Eligible countries in the Pacific region
In the Pacific region, scholarships are offered for undergraduate or postgraduate level study (except for Samoa), depending on the partner country’s training needs.
