Asia Development Assistance Facility

Asia Development Assistance Facility | Partnerships for Sustainable Development | ADAF-PSD

The Asia Development Assistance Facility - Partnerships for Sustainable Development (ADAF-PSD) provides funding opportunities for New Zealand organisations that have established a partnership with an organisation from an eligible country in Asia. It is targeted towards the New Zealand private sector, Crown entities (for example Crown research institutes and universities), and Government  departments.

The Facility recognises that New Zealand organisations may have the networks and expertise to respond effectively to development priorities in Asia by contributing knowledge, skills and innovative approaches that enhance in-country initiatives to reduce poverty .

ADAF-PSD is the result of the evaluation and restructuring of its predecessor the Asia Development Assistance Facility (ADAF).

As our $3m budget for 2008/09 is fully committed, we will not be holding an ADAF-PSD round in April/May 2008.

The new  guidelines and details on the EOI process have been left on the website for information only.

NZAID is developing guidelines around various analyses (including the Logical Framework Matrix Approach). Until these guidelines become available, prospective ADAF-PSD applicants are encouraged to seek guidance on the websites of other international development agencies.
